If you have found a motif and decided on a design template, simply send us a request and you will receive an answer within 48 hours. If you have any questions, we are of course always at your side. As soon as we receive your ideas and you have paid the deposit via an external payment link, we will project your motif into a 3D concept. This should serve as a basis for communication and for any change requests. As soon as you have approved the 3D concept, you will receive the final payment link. As soon as we have received the final payment, the implementation begins and your custom will be on its way to your home by post within 1-3 weeks.
